I just recently had the worst customer service experience in my entire life with the online Timberland customer service team over in the U.K. The first agent named Rachael was the most dodgy, disingenuous, nonchalant person I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime.

I had a problem with an order I placed and every time I called her...she rudely placed me on hold at least an hour. She also never returned any of my emails for one entire week. When she finally responded...she blamed me for everything that went wrong on her end. The second agent named Fatima sounded to me like a sketchy crack thief who sells stolen watches on dark street corners very late at night.

They both treated my case as if it didn't matter. It took them both two months to resolve my problem. They also never apologized for the extended delays with my order. I was also hit with various fees.

I am currently considering filing a case against the, at this time, so I'm unable to disclose too many details. Buyer beware!

Words cannot convey how dispointing this entire experience has been for me. These two super shady characters should be placed ostracized from the Internet for life for being the worst customer agents on earth!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
