No one has contacted me about any of it they were not waterproof when the bottom or bottom of the Dayton Mall and now we are getting into past warranty and I'm still not getting any response

Nope haven't heard anything back from them I've sent them email photos of the shoes they were not waterproof when I bought them I bought them at foot locker at the Dayton Mall now we're going to pass the return dates and everything else because of this and my phone number is I have only were these boots one time I have sent that box the code the UPS everything and I have not heard one thing back from them

I called at 8:01 AM & was told that the order was already processed & could not cancel which made no sense whatsoever. No complaints need to know if you had the redwood falls Chelsea boot in 14 regular and if you have them or dont have them, could you order them for me? Defective belt

Timberland - Defective belt
I have purchased 3 of these belts in the last couple years. One of these in the last couple of months and each of the pins have sheared off on the buckle . The belts are reversible. I also have one that is numerous years old and still functioning properly but the leather is old and worn. I was wondering if there is anything you can do for me. Like send me a replacement buckle. I've been buying TIM's for years. All I wanted to do was change my email address.
First, a lazy rep looked at the fact I changed my location and said it was done.

I said, "No, my email address needs to change, not my physical address." So someone else changes it and tells me the change is only for orders & shipment details. They cannot change my original email (which isn't original because I've had 2 others before). I inform her I used to write software, and anything can be changed in a database, but not by tech support. I mention that I'm weary of tech supports around the country having 0 relationship with their web developers.

Yet someone else comes back to say it's not possible; they're not allowed to do it. DUH, I just told those people that they couldn't do it; web development has to. Tell me the language and pay me enough, and I'll do it! SMH
What did businesses do?

Have a global meeting and executives told these employees they can be marginal now? Told software development that tech support doesn't know them, so they can hide? Did they give employees permission to lie because they have anonymity now? Did they tell them they can get away with saying anything and hoping it sticks against the wall?

Also allow a bunch of foreigners that need reading comprehension lessons and stop trying to speed-read?
This has reached epidemic proportions now and turning our 1st-world shopping experience into a 3rd-world support nightmare ... nationwide in the U.S. After the crux of the pandemic, customer support has been trashed by executives who don't care.
My orders have already gotten munched by something else developers did to their database, and now I have to create a new account to change email addresses? It says I only have 1 order when I've got MANY!

I told her that I'm deleting that email eventually, and if they can't even write code to change an email address, how are my old orders going to get merged to a new account? Someone else came back telling me some gobbly-gook to try, and I told them they made no sense. If I ever lose my password after deleting that email, I won't be able to recover my account. What a joke those people are.
It's beyond ridiculous that when they don't know something, instead of asking, they just tell someone it can't be done or talk out of the sides of their neck.

If I call on the phone, I hear roosters in the background. So, they're at home and in another country. God forbid they call someone instead of talking 'ish.
I've been in computers since 1978, before PC's and the internet were invented. Worked my way from hardware to software.

I know when these employees are lying. I know when web development has stalled in lieu of these dangon phone operating systems. I know when there is no QA and developers are allowed to make all kinds of mistakes.

I wouldn't have lasted 6 months with this kind of incompetence when I was writing code.
What a waste of my time, and WHERE ARE ALL MY ORDERS over the years? I'm 65, so they have misplaced tons of them.

Preferred solution: Make developers change my email address or write that functionality into their server code. No address for website issues.

User's recommendation: Don't give employees simple tasks to accomplish and screen shot (save) all your receipts. They will delete them & don't care!

Forgot to say, just as I used to be able to change my email address before, those same developers need to return that functionality to the server's software. It isn't that difficult, given other things that can be updated.

Modify/merge. A 10 year old can do it.
