Ordered a pair of boots on line they came in damaged. First time i called they sent me to wrentham outlet.

We went all the way there to find out they dont sell the authentic tims called back customer service to find out that its gonna take 4 weeks to get my refund and than i could order a new pair and that would take a few weeks. First of all this was a christmas present and i actually wanted them for the winter not spring time. Asked if i could order a new pair of boots while i returned the other ones she said no without even checking with anyone.

Last time i ever order from timberland. Also wanted to add paid 190.00 for the boots thanks again for the help
