Timberland - 6 months old both soles cracked in half
The other day I noticed both my feet were soaked. when I got home I removed my boots and found that soles had cracked in half.
I am pissed I have worn Timberland boots for the past 30 plus years and they have gotten more expensive and cheaper in quality. I remember years ago you could return them and they would actually send you a new pair. I am going to see if they still stand behind their boots by returning them. I have read several posts complaining about soles cracking in half.
What is going on? Hopefully I will get a new pair of some compensation, or I will never buy another Timberland product.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Timberland Cons: Boots failing.
